Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration, for example by a letter sent by post or by email, of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information about the content of the cancellation declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract, at the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice of, or decision by, the consumer is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to goods that are individually manufactured, personalised, embroidered, printed, or provided with a customer-specific logo according to customer specifications.

Statutory rights relating to defects, incorrect deliveries or transport damage remain unaffected.
